Revo Warranty Policy
All Revo eyewear is warranted against defects in material or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase.  This warranty is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Revo Dealer.  Revo does not warrant any lenses against scratches.  Alteration, misuse or abuse of any Revo product will void its warranty.  Legal rights under applicable Federal and State Laws governing the sale of consumer goods are not affected by this warranty. (EE Directive 1999/44/EC).

How To Make A Warranty Claim in the U.S.
Please telephone Revo Customer service (1-888-940-REVO) to receive a Return Authorization Number and further instructions..

How to ship your Warranty Claim product to Revo:
Pack your product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product.  Revo is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.  If it is determined that your claim is not covered or outside warranty service, Revo Customer Service will advise you as to the cost of repair or replacement.

Please include the following information in your package:

  1. Your name
  2. Return Address
  3. Telephone Number


Note: The Return Authorization Number must be marked on the outside of the package. The Return Authorization Number must begin with the following: RE-TR for End Consumers and RE-WR for Retail Account Warranties on behalf of the consumer. Place a brief description of the problem or service you are requesting inside the package. Place a copy of the original purchase receipt or, if out of warranty service, a check made payable to Revo inside the package.

Note: A Return Authorization Number must appear on the outside of your package.  Failure to do so will cause a delay in processing your claim or package being returned without repair.

REVO EYEWEAR CONSUMER LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

All Revo Legacy eyewear prior to new 2009 launch is warranted against defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Revo will replace or repair, at Revo’s discretion, any product proven to be defective.  This warranty is valid only with original proof of purchase from an Authorized Revo Dealer.  Revo will not warrant any lens against scratches.  Alteration, misuse or abuse of any Revo product will void its warranty.  Legal rights under applicable Federal and state law governing the sale of consumer goods are not affected by this warranty. 

REVO OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIR PROGRAM

As a courtesy to our valued customers, Revo may provide repairs, replacement or upgrade replacement services for product not covered or outside this warranty policy. A charge for non-warrantable service will be assessed depending upon the type of service provided and style of your returned product. You will be notified of any charges and advance payment will be required prior to completing any service.

How to make a warranty claim in the U.K.:

Make sure you enclose a contact telephone number/email address, your full address, proof of purchase and a note explaining the reason for return/action required. It is your responsibility to ensure the package gets to Revo UK and we will not be held responsible for parcels that are missing in transit to us.
