Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits given to you under our express warranties below are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law and other laws.

To make a warranty claim, return your product to the Authorised Revo Dealer from which the product was purchased together with your proof of purchase. If your warranty claim is deemed to be valid, we will replace or repair the product.
Any expenses incurred in returning product for warranty assessment will be done so at the expense of the purchaser. If the returned product is deemed to be a valid warranty claim then Oakley South Pacific will incur the cost of any further freight charges. If the warranty claim is deemed to be invalid, we will contact you to see if you want us to conduct repairs at your cost and, in any event, you will be charged for outbound freight based on Oakley South Pacific’s standard shipping rates.
Revo Express Warranty Policy – Australia and New Zealand
All Revo eyewear carries an express warranty for two years from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Revo Dealer. Alteration of Revo products will void this express warranty.
Scratched lenses are not covered under Revo’s express warranty policy.
