TRY BEFORE YOU PAY
Try Before You Pay is our new service powered by TryNow that allows you extra piece of mind when buying a new pair of sunglasses, especially if it’s your first pair of Revo with its NASA lens technology.
When selecting the Try Before You Pay purchase option, you aren’t charged until you try the frames on and make sure they’re the best fit for you. We simply place an authorization on your credit card for the full amount of the order. The trial period begins once your order is delivered and you’ll have 7 days to make sure you’re happy with them. If they don’t fit, you can send them back for our $10 return fee. You may select up to two pairs and you will only be charged for the items that you keep.
The orders are processed by our partner TryNow but everything else is handled by Revo for a seamless experience.
Try Before You Pay is only available in the USA at this time.
You return items the same way as a regular Revo.com order through this portal using your email address and order number. A $15 return label will be provided. Please note that the $15 label includes a temporary $5 surcharge due to increased shipping fees out of Revo’s control.
Once the return is received, the authorization will be dropped.
No. We encourage you to try them in order to try the fit and experience the difference that the Revo Light Management System™ provides compared to ordinary sunglasses but you must return the glasses in unused and salable condition in the original packaging, otherwise you will be charged for them.
Unfortunately, no; prescription (Rx) glasses are made-to-order and not part of the program.
ORDERS & RETURNS
We ship orders within 24 hours or on the first business day after your order was received. However, due to Covid-19 protocols currently in place to protect our team and our customers, your shipment may might be delayed up to 3 business days.
When placing your order, you can choose between our standard free shipping option, Fedex 2Day® expedited shipping for $8.95, or the flat international shipping option for $25.
Revo offers returns within 30 days for merchandise purchased at Revo.com. Merchandise purchased from other retailers are subject to those return policies and must be returned to that location.
All returns must be in the original case and in original condition without any sign of use for credit.
Please note: you are responsible for the cost of return postage. Should you decide to use our prepaid return label, $15 will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if you return merchandise for an exchange. Please note that the $15 label includes a temporary $5 surcharge due to increased shipping fees out of Revo’s control.
Original shipping charges are not refunded when an order is returned. Revo offers free shipping on orders over $50!
Once your items are inspected by our team, you'll get your refund within 5-7 business days.
For orders during a Buy 1, Get 1 promotion, a customer must return both items to receive a refund; otherwise, the order is valid for exchanges only. Partial refunds are not available.
