Glasses are fantastic. Customer service, not so much
I received my glasses a little over a week ago. They're teriffic and exactly what I was hoping for. 5 stars. The blemish is with customer service. I placed my order on June 5 and received an immediate confirmation. After a week without hearing anything, I emailed the "contact us" link to ask for a status. No response. After a second week, I called customer service and was told there was a delay with the blue water lenses, but I should expect to get a shipping email in the next week. That didn't happen. I called after a third week and got basically the same response. I asked for a confirming email to that effect, but never received one, and didn't get the shipping notice as promised. Finally, at the end of week 4, I got an email that the glasses had shipped. I understand that prescription sunglasses probably makes for a longer production timeline, but I think you could do a little better at managing expectations. And why have a "contact us" email address if no one responds? Again, big fan of the glasses and would probably buy from you again, and I hope this doesn't come across as too uptight, just trying to give you feedback that you asked for.
