Everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, refunds, and eligibility for orders placed on Revo.com.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unworn and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

A $15 prepaid return label fee will be deducted from your refund unless you are making an exchange or if you bought our free returns insurance at time of original purchase.

Start a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Personalized items such as prescription lenses cannot be returned unless there is a warranty issue.

Please note: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

The $15 prepaid return label fee is waived if you return merchandise for an exchange.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Your item must still be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Additional Return Details

  • Revo offers returns within 30 days for merchandise purchased at Revo.com.
  • Merchandise purchased from other retailers is subject to that retailer’s return policy and must be returned to the original place of purchase.
  • All returns must be in the original case and in original condition without signs of use to qualify for credit.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage.
  • If you use our prepaid return label, $15 will be deducted from your refund unless you purchased our free return insurance at the time of the original order.
  • Original shipping charges are not refunded when an order is returned.
  • Revo offers free shipping on orders over $179.
  • Once your items are inspected by our team, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
