Revo Care+ for Online Orders

All Revo products are crafted to meet the highest manufacturing standards and are covered against defects in material or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase.  But wait!  If you purchase the Revo Care+ Program, we protect you if your sunglasses are lost, damaged or stolen. 

The program is simple: we’ll replace your original sunglass for a small fee on one occasion within two years from the date of purchase. No questions asked.

Revo Care+ is only available for purchase made with a pair of sunglasses ordered through Revo.com (Please note: Revo Care+ must be added to your order at the time your sunglass order is placed. Previous orders, & 3rd party purchases are not eligible for the Revo Care+ benefit.)

Replacements apply only to an identical pair. 

We charge the following fee for processing, handling and shipping to your door:

Damaged, lost or stolen sunglasses : $59

Rx (prescription) sunglasses can be replaced for $99

*IF ORIGINALLY PURCHASED ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, YOU MAY CHOOSE A DIFFERENT STYLE OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE.

REVO CARE+ IS AVAILABLE TO US RESIDENTS ONLY.

 

Revo Care+ for Retail

Revo Care+ for Retail is simple – purchase Revo Care+ warranty for Retail for $20 now, and Revo will replace your item on one occasion for an additional $59 later.  The $59 fee includes processing, handling, tax and shipping.  That’s it!

To take advantage of this incredible offer, please follow the below steps – please note in advance, you must have your retail receipt from where you purchased your Revos.

Steps to purchase Revo Care+ for retail:

1.Upload an image of your retail receipt below.
2.Complete the necessary information about the Style you purchased along with your personal information.
3.Complete your payment method.
4.Once your Care+ order has been confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with a Care+ order number – KEEP THIS ORDER NUMBER.

Steps to redeem your Revo Care+ for retail offer in the future:

1. Email help@revo.com with subject line ”Revo Care+ For Retail Claim”
2. Upload at least two images of your damaged Revos.
3. Include the following information:
•Your Name:
•Your Care + Order Number*:
•Style Name, Frame Color, Lens Color. 
This information should be printed on the inside left arm of your sunglass.  If not, please go to Revo.com to see if you can find your sunglasses and its information there.  If you cannot find the information, we will do our best by examining your photos.

Please allow up to four weeks to receive your replacement pair. 

Because this is not a retail transaction, you cannot purchase Revo Care+ for Retail on the replacement pair.
