WARRANTY INQUIRY

All Revo sunglasses are covered against defects in materials or workmanship for two years from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover scratched lenses or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations.

If your Revo sunglasses are under two years old and you believe they may have a manufacturing defect, please submit a warranty request. Once received, our team will review your claim and follow up with the best available solution.

What is considered a manufacturing defect?

Manufacturing defects may include:

  • Breakage or cracking at soldering points, end pieces, bridge points, temple tips, temple covers, or screw points (with no evidence of improper adjustment)

  • Hinge anchors that have loosened

  • Excessive glue or surface scratching resulting from the manufacturing process

  • Frames that lose their adjustment within 30 days of receipt

  • Obvious or premature color fading

LENS REPLACEMENT INQUIRY

We may be able to replace non-prescription Serilium or Serilium+ sun lenses for a fee.

If your lenses are chipped, cracked, or scratched and you’re interested in a replacement, please submit the form below. Our team will review your request and follow up with the best available option.

Scratched lenses are not considered a manufacturing defect. However, if your lenses are scratched, we may be able to assist with a lens replacement.

PARTS REPLACEMENT INQUIRY

We understand that from time to time, individual parts may need to be replaced. Our Customer Care team has limited replacement parts available and may be able to send them to you.

If you are in need of replacement parts, please submit a request using the form below. Once received, our team will verify availability and follow up with the best available option.

Replacement parts are typically available for in-catalog models only.

REVO CARE+ PROGRAM

All Revo products are crafted to meet the highest manufacturing standards and are covered against defects in materials or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase.

For additional peace of mind, the Revo Care+ Program offers protection if your sunglasses or goggles are lost, damaged, or stolen.

With Revo Care+, we’ll replace your original sunglasses one time within two years of purchase for a small replacement fee — no questions asked.

Revo Care+ must be added at the time of purchase and is available only for sunglasses ordered directly through Revo.com. Previous orders and third-party purchases are not eligible.

Replacements apply to the identical style originally purchased.

Replacement Fees

  • Lost, damaged, or stolen sunglasses: $59

  • Prescription (Rx) sunglasses: $99

*If the originally purchased item is no longer available, you may select a replacement style of equal or lesser value.
