I wasn't certain that these would be effective or that I would be able to tell any difference in eye fatigue/strain, etc. after using them.
It is subtle at first, but I am certain they make a difference and accomplish what they are designed to do. They seem to make my eyes relax while viewing screens, and the glare reduction is subtle so that it doesn't 'change' what you see.
When you take them off and are finished with computer work -- that's when you can tell the most. It's hard to explain, but your eyes simply feel more relaxed and clearer, as compared to when you Don'tuse the glasses.
I use them day or night and the effect is equally good. But definitely use them at night or in less light circumstances -- you can certainly tell the positive effect on your eyes.
The lenses are Revo quality and the frames are super light and pretty comfortable (I Don'twear glasses other than sunglasses).
Completely recommend getting a pair if you do a lot of screen time and/or feel headaches or are squinting or having to 'relax' your eyes when doing computer work.
