    Good Googles

Performed very well day and night skiing and work in flat light, snow. Have a competitors goggles I wore more at first, but when those get sketchy, the Revo gets it done. Have found when one follows Revo, nice discounts available.

Revo Goggles Review – Ripper "Blue Water" Lenses

I purchased these Revo goggles on a whim during a flash sale for $99, and I have to say, they delivered a solid performance overall. As a loyal Revo sunglasses owner, I was curious to see how their ski goggles would stack up against the likes of Oakley, Smith, and other established brands. After finally taking them out for a test during a trip to Breckenridge, here’s my take:

    Performance on Sunny Days:

These goggles truly shine in bright, sunny conditions. The "blue water" lenses enhanced the vibrancy of the blue skies and offered excellent clarity. The performance was world-class in these conditions, rivaling some of the big-name competitors.

    Flat Light Performance

In flatter light conditions, I found the goggles adequate, but they didn’t quite match the performance of my old-school yellow lenses, which I still prefer for those situations. That being said, they’re still serviceable and provide a decent level of visibility.

    Weather and Draft Resistance

On two particularly cold and windy days (temps around 4°F with 20 mph winds), the goggles were a mixed bag. While they felt a bit drafty around the eyes, I suspect that airflow helped prevent any fogging issues—fogging was never a problem, even in harsh conditions.

    Comfort and Overall Impression

The goggles were comfortable, though the draftiness may be a concern for those who prioritize total wind protection in extreme conditions. For the price, these goggles perform…

    Best goggles I’ve ever owned.

Right out of the box I knew I had a winner. I bought a pair for me and one for my daughter. They adjust easily For a for a perfect fit …and I love the fact they come with two bands.

    Ripper #10

Fits great both on my face and against to my helmet. It would have been a five star except the changeable strap came with no instructions on how to do so, and it is not intuitive at all. I figured it out but it was more luck than anything else. Where it attaches to the google gentle pull back. Then slide the strap in both directions because it is opposite on either side. It will release. Then gentle pull out of the frame and vise versa to install. I hope this saves others from the head scratching that I had.
