Buying from sales is the only way I can try REVOs. This model, Harbor, has excellent lenses and is very lightweight, but its width is really for medium heads, rather than large heads that the site claims. I have a very large head, hat size 22-1/2 inches or a little more, and I've tried several "large"-advertised REVO models this way, and none of them is wide enough: they're tight and look like a "domino mask" on me and drop down my face due to my shallow bridge and the frames' Base 6 curve. The Harbor behaves the same way, though the nose pad supports help a little. This model is for medium heads that have protruding nose bridges for the nose pads to rest on. None of REVO's models fit me. REVO is missing out; they have no frames for very wide heads with shallow nose bridges: use Base 4 frames, greater than 145 mm hinge-to-hinge frame widths, narrow inter-lens widths, and inward-extended nose supports.

So, I purchased the Harbor sunglasses and Revo expedited it from the US to Portugal with FedEx. I could track my package via the FedEx site. So when I understood that it finally had arrived and was waiting custom clearance, I called FedEx in Portugal. It's when FedEx told me that the package came with no information of the final customer (me) and that they contacted FedEx 3 days in a row to understand who the package belongs to. To no avail no answer from Revo. So, as per internal procedure, FedEx returned the item to Revo. How stupid can things get due to lack of a competent customer service. That's when I reached out to Revo and filled a contact form complaining about this and asking what happens next. Until today. Then I get two (automated) emails from Revo asking what I thought about my purchase. Ironic and incompetent to say the least. I will be asking for a refund, don't care about the sunglasses anymore. It was a birthday gift. Really disappointed, and it's my brand of choice for sunglasses. Shame on you.
